The EWCSD public is welcome to attend the first of two Community Meetings regarding the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) and the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). The ways schools are funded in California has changed dramatically with the adoption of the 2013/2014 state budget. The Assistant Superintendent of Educational Support Services, Mrs. Gabriela Tavitian, will be presenting to the community on the implementation of the LCAP Plan.
