Welcome Future Ocean View Families and Scholars!
We are excited for you to join the Ocean View Family. Our school has many wonderful things to offer our young scholars.
In order to help with the transition to our school, we have a few events you are warmly invited to attend. These upcoming events include a Meet the Principal and School Tour on Tuesday, March 17th @ 9:00 am for a school and campus overview. Our Open House is on Wednesday, April 15th at 5:30 and OV’s Carnival on Friday, May 15th. These are both great events to attend to get a feel for the awesome Ocean View culture. The most important event planned just for our incoming kindergarteners is the Dive into KINDERGARTEN Day on Tuesday, August 4th. This day includes a quick testing session and lots more. You will have a chance to meet the teachers, meet the Principal and tour the campus and classrooms. Mark your calendars now and save these important dates. Parents can also stop by the first day of school where a Coffee with the Principal will be held right after school starts. I look forward to meeting you!

You will find information that can help prepare your child for school, as well as school-wide information. Remember, you are the best gift you can give your child! You are your child’s most important teacher. Spend time with your child every day. The elementary years go by quickly but they are among the most important and fundamental years in your child’s life.
Great things are happening at Ocean View School! We encourage you to get involved by joining our PTA, volunteering at school activities and taking an active role in your child’s education. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if we can be of any assistance. We are here to help you and, most importantly, to help your child be successful.
